When you place an order, we’ll send you an email notifying you that your order has been received by us. -
Processing Time
Our cut of time for orders is 5pm East African Time. All orders after 5pm EAT will be processed the following day. We typically take 1 to 2 business days to prepare orders for shipment. An email will be sent to you with a tracking link once the order is dispatched. -
Order Modifications or Cancellations

Delivery Options

Deliveries within Nairobi and It’s Environs
Normally, orders delivering within the Nairobi CBD and its environs are delivered within 24 hours. -
Countrywide Deliveries
All orders delivering in other parts of Kenya other than Nairobi CBD will be delivered within 3 work days of dispatching your order.
Delivery Charges
Orders above 50,000 delivering within Nairobi will qualify for free delivery. Smaller orders will attract a standard delivery fee of KSH 300.The cost of delivery for goods shipping outside Nairobi will depend on the quantity and the value of the fragility of the goods. The cost will be determined when you place your order with us.
